Sanmu city is located near Narita International Airport, bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the east.

Hasunuma is a part of Sanmu city.

Moriya-shuzo is in Hasunuma area which faces the Pacific Ocean.

MoriyaShuzo

Established in 1893. Currently produces SAKE & Shochu (distilled alcoholic beverage).

Run by Mr. Moriya who is the 5th generation master.

100,000 annual visitors！

Moriya-Shuzo has over 100,000 annual visitors and is very popular among domestic & oversea people.

Brewery tour

You can join the SAKE brewery tour. You can learn about sake making.

But please be noticed that most of the breweries have no English guidance or English signboards. Neither does this brewery. So, when you join the SAKE brewery tour, we recommend you to have your Japanese friend or interpreter with you.

Tasting！

After the tour, you can try tasting for free!

There are several types of sake like ginjo, junmaishu, junmai-daiginjo…

Some may catch your heart!

SAKE or AMAZAKE?

Have you ever tried AMAZAKE? Or is this the first time to hear about this?

There are several recipes. One of the popular recipe is from SAKE brewery.

Made from SAKE lee called “Sake kasu” which is rich in nutrients such as amino acid, vitamin and yeast.

It has almost 0% alcohol and usually tastes sweet.

You can ask which food goes well

If you find your favorite SAKE, you can ask which local food goes well.

Some foods are available for free tasting. You may find good foods too.
